Vance Rosen

operations coordinator

Vance brings over 25 years of leadership in public safety and operations to his role as Operations Coordinator at Goldberg Aviation. Having risen to the rank of Major from a large metropolitan police department, he has extensive experience in crisis management, inter-agency collaboration, and intelligence operations, including serving on the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. Vance holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbus State University and a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies from Georgia Southern University. Outside of work, he and his wife, Angela, enjoy traveling and outdoor adventures.

Kristen Goldberg

Chief Financial Officer

Kristen oversees accounting operations at Goldberg Aviation. A trained physical therapist, she also works part-time at a clinic. Based in Cody, WY, she shares her love of adventure with her husband, William, and their dogs, Holly and Parker. Kristen is currently training for her pilot’s license in their Super Cub and enjoys cycling and spending time with family.

Madison Goldberg

Administrative Manager

Madison studied at Samford University. After school, she joined the family business. She started flying with her dad, William Goldberg, at age 3 and loves going on sightseeing tours over the Rocky Mountains with him. She currently lives with her husband and son in Newcastle, England. Her favorite hobbies are travel and rock climbing.

Ivy allen

marketing & design

Ivy studied Graphic Design and Marketing Communications at Mercer University. After school, she moved to Washington, DC where she currently works as a graphic designer. She joined the Goldberg Aviation family in 2023 to work with her childhood friend, Madison. Her hobbies include cooking, hiking, rock collecting and making art.
